The East End Writers Round is a traditional writers round venue that came to life on March 23, 2023 after months of discussions between Matt Marshak and Jerry & Kristen Halpin. They discussed the need for an intimate listening space on the East End of Long Island that caters to both local, independent artists as well as the people who want to hear them. The Halpins settled on the writers round philosophy and so began the East End Writers Round. 

 

We present live musicians in a concert style venue equipped with a professionally designed sound system. At each Round you will hear the original music of 3 Long Island singer/songwriters who will take turns telling their song stories and performing their original music. The event is professional, laid back & comfortable and features music from the very best Long Island musicians. There are no agendas and no political motives at the EEWR. Our only motive is to provide a space where original music can be heard and enjoyed. Doors open at 6:30p and the show runs from 7-8:30p. Each show is $10 unless otherwise noted.
